Relyve

What to do if an upload is stuck

A stuck upload is often the connection. Keep Relyve open, check your network, and resume when you are back online.

If an upload looks stuck, start with the connection and whether Relyve is open. The queue will say “Waiting for connection” when the phone is offline, and it can ask you to keep Relyve open for larger files.

  1. Open Relyve and leave it on screen. Keeping the app open gives it more network bandwidth, which helps a slow or stuck transfer move again.
  2. Check that you are on a stable Wi‑Fi or mobile connection. Switch networks if the signal is weak.
  3. For files over 2 GB, keep Relyve open until the upload finishes. Leaving or locking the phone can pause those transfers.
  4. If a file failed, open it from the upload list and try again. Progress that already completed is saved where possible.

If the app says your storage is full, or asks you to add a storage plan, the upload cannot continue until you free space or upgrade. That is different from a dropped connection.

Identify where the upload stopped

A transfer can appear stuck during preparation, while waiting for a connection or after a file has failed. The status in the upload queue matters because each situation has a different solution. Repeatedly starting a new batch can create more work without fixing the original cause.

If the percentage is not moving but the file is still active, keep Relyve open and check the phone’s connection. Large videos can make progress slowly on a weak upload connection. If the queue explicitly says storage is full, changing networks will not help; space must be freed or the plan upgraded.

When to retry or contact support

Retry a failed item after confirming the source file still opens on the phone and the network is stable. If the same file fails repeatedly, note its name, size, format and the message shown in the queue. Send those details to support so the problem can be investigated without exposing account passwords or private gallery links unnecessarily.
