How to see who viewed or downloaded a gallery

Relyve tracks how clients use the galleries you send. Analytics shows views and downloads so you can see engagement without asking the couple to report back.

1. Open Analytics in the Relyve app.
2. Choose the period you want to review.
3. Check the total views and downloads, then open a gallery for more detail when you need it.

Analytics is included on every storage plan. It does not require your client to create an account.

What gallery analytics measure

Gallery analytics summarise activity around the deliveries you share. Views indicate that a gallery was opened during the selected period. Downloads indicate that download activity was recorded. These totals help you understand whether the delivery is being used without asking the client for an update.

A view count is not the same as a count of unique people. The same client may open a gallery more than once or use more than one device. Treat analytics as an engagement signal rather than an exact list of individual viewers.

How to interpret the numbers

Choose a period that matches the question you are asking. A short period helps confirm activity after sending a new link, while a longer period shows how often clients return. Compare galleries with similar delivery dates and sizes rather than assuming every event should produce the same pattern.

Analytics can confirm activity, but they should not replace direct communication for approvals, deadlines or contractual delivery requirements.
