Relyve

Do clients need an account to view a gallery?

No. Clients open the link, watch, and download what you allow without signing up.

Last updated

No. A client does not create a Relyve account to open their delivery. They follow the link you send, view the photos and videos, and download whatever you have made available.

They can also save the gallery to their home screen and reopen it like an app, so they are not hunting for the message that held the link.

If you add a password, they enter that password before the gallery opens. They still do not need an account.

What clients can do without signing in

The gallery link is the client’s access point. After opening it in a browser, they can move through sections, play available videos and save the files you allow. Removing the account step makes the delivery easier for couples and family members who only need to view their memories.

No account does not mean the gallery must be completely open. You can add a password before sharing, and you can turn downloads off while leaving the gallery viewable. Those controls apply to the gallery rather than to a client profile.

What the client needs

They need the gallery link, a current web browser and the password if you set one. They do not need the Relyve creator app. On a phone, they can also add the gallery to their home screen so the same link is easy to reopen later.

Anyone who receives an unprotected link may be able to open it. Use Password protection when the delivery should stay private, and send the password separately where practical.
