How to create your first client gallery

1. Open Relyve on your phone, or join the waitlist if you do not have access yet.
2. Start a gallery for the couple or the shoot.
3. Upload the photos and videos you want them to have.
4. Add the cover, colours, fonts, and the message that should greet them.
5. Share one private link. They open it and view the delivery without an account.

You can keep organising after the first send. Scenes, sections, and spacing let the gallery follow the day instead of landing as a pile of files.

What happens while you build a gallery

Creating a gallery separates the delivery into three useful stages: adding the media, shaping the presentation and checking what the client will receive. Uploading places the original files in the gallery. Customising controls how those files are presented. Sharing makes the finished view available through the client link.

Photos normally become available as soon as their upload is complete. Videos may show Processing after the transfer finishes while Relyve prepares them for reliable browser playback. You can continue arranging the gallery while that work completes.

Check the gallery before you send it

1. Open the client preview and check the cover, title and section order.
2. Play at least one video and open several photos to confirm the media is ready.
3. Check whether Password protection and Allow downloads match this delivery.
4. Open the share link once yourself before sending it to the client.

You do not need to wait until the entire gallery is designed before uploading. Starting the transfer first gives larger videos time to upload and process while you work on the presentation.
