How to customise your gallery

Set the title, cover, colours, fonts, grid, sections, and spacing so the delivery feels like your work.

Last updated

Open the gallery you are delivering and edit the presentation before you share it. You can set the title, cover, colours, backgrounds, fonts, and effects, then adjust the grid, sections, and spacing.

The aim is a gallery that feels like the studio, not a generic file page. Your client still receives one link.

What customising changes

Customising changes the way the delivery is presented, not the contents of the uploaded originals. The cover creates the first impression, colours and fonts carry the studio identity, and the grid and spacing control how quickly a client moves through the work.

Sections provide the structure beneath the visual style. They let you separate parts of the day without creating separate delivery links. A client can move from preparation to ceremony and celebration while staying inside the same branded gallery.

Design for the client’s screen

Preview the gallery on a phone as well as a larger screen. Choose text and background colours with enough contrast, keep section names short and use a cover that remains clear when cropped. The best customisation supports the media instead of competing with it.

Presentation changes can be made after a link has been shared. The client continues to use the same link and sees the updated gallery.
